To meet the growing demand for quality and reliability, Andrea Collini and Claudio Giani, owners of COLMIC Italia, have decided to invest more financial resources into the company’s structure. In November 2005, COLMIC Italia became a Joint Stock Company (S.p.A.) and its capital was increased five-fold. This change in the company’s structure represents a guarantee for both the staff and the customers and enables COLMIC Italia to look with confidence at the new challenges posed by the global market. Already today COLMIC Italia is able to meet the increasingly stringent requirements imposed by the Community Directives. The new products of the COLMIC’s 2008 range will project us into this new way.
